24-contact hours and 3 days of instruction.
- 2 hours of pre-course online learning
- 3-hour class at Meier Skis, Denver, CO
- two field days in Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, CO
Evening Lecture:
Meier Skis, Denver, CO Thursday, February 25th, 2021; 6-9pm
Field Day: Sat/Sun, Feb. 27-28, 2020; 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Estes Park, CO
Ability: this is a ski and snowboard Only program. Must be able to travel in the backcountry on skis/snowboard, navigate non-groomed terrain of blue square to black diamond riding. no exceptions.
Included: beacon, shovel, probe for use in course, rescue reference card
