From our base in Mammoth Lakes, Ca. we use the big backcountry terrain around Mammoth & June Lake to show you how to mange risk and evaluate hazards when skiing or boarding through avalanche terrain. The AIARE 1 course is a must-do first step for any backcountry skier or boarder.
The cost includes the use of all avalanche safety gear such as beacon, probe and shovel as well as the AIARE field book.
