Biography:

I grew up in Boise, Idaho skiing at Bogus Basin a short curvy ride from town. In college I spent three winters in the Wasatch before finishing up my degree in Montana. After college I moved to Stanley, Idaho and mentored with the legendary Kirk Bachman of Sawtooth Mountain Guides for the better part of a decade. In 2012 the family and I moved to Joseph, OR and I began guiding and teaching avalanche courses for CB and Wallowa Alpine Huts through the winter of 2014. I now work as the Outdoor Adventure Program Coordinator for EOU, and as the Education Coordinator/forecaster for the Wallowa Avalanche Center.
