The price for this course includes the course only. Transportation to/from Corralco as well as accommodations are not included. We recommend travel insurance when planning your trip.
Lodging at the Corralco Ski Area is limited, however, there are a number of other lodging options available on the road to the ski area. Listed below are two facilities we recommend. Please contact AIARE if you have questions.
Corralco - Lonquimay ski resort is located in the Araucania region, in the Las Nalcas National Reserve, administrated by CONAF about 750km south of Santiago de Chile. (http://corralco.com/invierno-corralco/us/).
To reach Corralco, most people will fly into Santiago de Chile. From there you can fly to Temuco, and reach Corralco by a Cooralco van or a Cab. Or you may take a shuttle ride to Malalcahuello.
There will be 10 spots available for this AIARE 3 course, 5 spots for guides/pros who live in South America and 5 spots for those living in North America or Europe traveling to South America. After June 21, any remaining spots in the course will be available to all.
